PURPOSE:To enable the reduction of the treatment time by branching off a part of a sampling passage so that a part of a bypass sampling passage thus obtained forms a sample introduction portion of a sample injection means. CONSTITUTION:Reagents 21 and 22 are sucked up by a suction force of a pump 23 through bypass/main sampling passages 24 and 25 from containers. A sample injector 26 and a reaction coil 27 are provided in the bypass sampling passage 24 and a sample and a carrier reaches a changeover valve 31 for resampling. On the other hand, the carrier flowing through the main sampling passage 25 directly reaches the changeover valve 31 for resampling. A syringe-shaped one is used for the sample injector 26 and a plurality of samples are injected into the bypass sampling passage 24 intermittently at a specified interval. |
