PURPOSE:To improve the productivity and to reduce the manufacturing cost of a motor by dividing the outer size of a core at the completion time into rectangular iron plates, and punching all slots by one stroke of a press. CONSTITUTION:The dividing number of rectangular iron plates 5a, 5b... is determined by the outer diameter t1 of the core, the inner diameter t2 of the core and the thickness t3 of the rectangular iron plates, the slots of the same number as the slots at the completion time of the core are determined at the pitch necessary at the circumference formed at the completion time of the core from the plates 5a, 5b.... Similarly, the lengths of the iron plates are determined, and formed by a punching press and die. The plates 5a, 5b... are opposed between the ends 8a and 8a'..., between 8n and 8n' by means of plastic working in a ring shape, and associated in the order of composing positions to form an entire core. |
