PURPOSE:To improve iron loss characteristics and stability by washing a thick plate brought to predetermined final plate thickness by an acid, decarburizing and annealing the plate, applying an annealing separating agent and finally annealing the plate. CONSTITUTION:A steel plate brought to predetermined final plate thickness through cold rolling is washed by an acid in the quantity of an acid wash within a range of 100-2,000mg per the surface area of 1m<2> of the steel plate. It is preferable that a 2-20% sulfuric acid solution or a 2-20% sulfuric acid solution containing 0-5vol% fluoric acid is used as the acid. The steel plate is decarburized and annealed, an annealing separating agent is applied, and the plate is annealed finally. Accordingly, iron loss characteristics are improved, and stability is increased. |
