PURPOSE:To obtain a small three-dimensional magnetic flux coil excellent at the separation of signals from noises by differentially connecting coils provided on three surfaces facing one another as formed crossing each other at the right angle at both ends of one round bar. CONSTITUTION:Coils 41-43 and 51-53 are provided on three surfaces 21-23 and 31-33 formed crossing each other at the right angle at both ends of an insulated round bar 1 made of quartz or the like and the coils are differentially connected to each other between 41 and 51, 42 and 52 and 43 and 53 facing one another. Output signals of primary differentiation coils are connected to squid magnetic flux meters D1-D3 each having a squid ring to measure a magnetic flux of components (x), (y) and (z) in three axes. In this case, signals Sx, Sy and Sz from the magnetic flux meters D1-D3 undergoes a coordinate conversion with a microprocessor to obtain X, Y and Z axis signals. This provides a three- dimensional magnetic flux detection coil small and excellent at the separation of signals from noises. |
