PURPOSE:To prevent the slipping of thread perfectly and to make it possible to perform accurate length measurement, by providing a guide pin uprightly on the outer surface of a rotary body so that the contact surface of the thread to be wound around the center surface of the rotary body forms a staggered pattern. CONSTITUTION:A flat outer surface 2 having an appropriate width is formed on a rotary body 1. The guide pin 3 is provided uprightly so that the top of a guide pin 3 is alternately opened to the right and left directions, with an appropriate space being provided and the contact surface with thread is snaked on the outer surface 2. At this time the guide pin 3 makes it possible to smooth the winding of the thread 4 around the guide pin 3 and the snaking of the thread 4. The guide is provided uprightly so that the contact surface of the thread, which is wound around the outer surface of the rotary body, is made to be a zigzag pattern in this way. Therefore the slip of the thread can be perfectly prevented, and the accurate measurement of a length can be performed. |
