PURPOSE:To set automatically a focal length scale to an underwater photographic mode, by fitting a frame finder to a camera for underwater photography. CONSTITUTION:When the frame finder 60 is engaged with the cover 59 of a camera body, an operation part 60e presses an operation lever 57 to operate a lever 56 for a switch associatively, and terminals 55a and 55b are connected to each other to turn off a magnet 53 forcibly. Therefore, a lever 50 which is attracted by the rotating force of a film wind lever 57 is released from being attracted by the magnet 53 and then operated by a spring 52 in the direction opposite to a direction C, and a projection part 50c stops at a position shown by a chain line. Then when a relase button 22 is pressed down, a lens holder 6 rotates until an arm 6C abuts on the projection part 50c shown by a chain line, but never rotate any more. This specified position is set to focal length with the highest practicability even in 0.7-4m underwater photography. Therefore, the focal point is set to a short-distance position simultaneously with the attachment of the finder 60 and focusing in underwater photography is performed automatically. |
