<p>PURPOSE:To make the assembling operation prompt and to eliminate the production of defective products, by employing such an arrangement that a lever is positioned by holding the same from opposite sides by a positioning gauge so that no substantial force is applied to the lever in the direction of its rotation. CONSTITUTION:A pin 32 of a lever 30 is fitted into a joint portion of an output rod 36 of an actuator 34 and their disengagement is prevented by a snap ring 38. At the same time, the actuator 34 is fixed to a housing 10 by means of a bracket 40. On the other hand, a shaft 28 having a valve 24 fixed to one end thereof is inserted into a bearing portion 29 of the housing 10 until its top is projected to the outside. Then, the projected end portion of the shaft 28 is inserted into an axial hole 39 formed at the base end portion of the lever 30, and the shaft 28 and the lever 30 are welded together, whereby assembling operation of a waste-gate valve means is completed.</p> |
