PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption and to increase the working speed for an NOR circuit by constituting a complementary buffer part at the next stage. CONSTITUTION:The source electrodes of input transistors TRQ1-QN of the number equal to the number (N units) of input signals are all grounded, and the drain electrodes are connected in common and then to the source electrode of a driving load TRQL as well as to the gate electrode of the gate electrode of a driving TRQS of the next stage. The drain electrode of the TRQS is connected to a positive DC power supply VDD together with the drain of a load TR. The negative electrode of the diode D is connected to the drain electrodes of TRQS1-QSN of the number equivalent to the number of input TRs. Then the source electrodes of TRQS1-QSN are connected to a negative power supply VSS. The gate electrodes the TRQ1 and QN are connected with 1:1 to the gate electrodes of the TRQS1 and QSN respectively. |
