PURPOSE:To reduce the manufacturing time for a device formed through axially joining two elements forming a rotary body by joining said elements through fitting a projecting circumferential wall provided on one element into a stepped cylindrical part provided on the other element. CONSTITUTION:In case of joining the first rotary body formation element 1, with its one end blocked by means of a blocking wall 12 which has a center hole 14 and the other opening side provided with a projecting circumferential wall extending outwardly in radial direction, with the second rotary body formation element 2 which has an axis 19 for power transmission, the second element 2 is formed by a cylindrical part 15, with somewhat larger inside diameter than the outside diameter of the abovementioned cylindrical part 11, and a blocking wall 16 which blocks one end side opening of said cylindrical part 15 and is united in one body with the axis 19. Further, a stepped cylindrical part 21 is formed on the opening end side inner periphery of the cylindrical part 15, and the projecting circumferential wall 13 of the first element 1 is fitted in this cylindrical part 21. Then, through inwardly bending a part of the cylindrical part of the cylindrical part 21 overlapping the element 1 by means of roll formation processing, both elements 1, 2 are joined together. |
