PURPOSE:To miniaturize the body of a soft ground improver by raising the safeness of the whole of the improver by a method in which a fixing base is fixed to the improver body, a rotary drive mechanism connected to a stirring pipe is connected to the fixing base, and thereby the drive section is lowered. CONSTITUTION:The second elevating base 6 is clamped to a leader post 10, a guide pipe 40 is fixed to a fixing base 2 by a chuck mechanism 4, and a rotary drive mechanism 3 is operated to normally or inversely turn the stirring pipe 30. The rod of a cylinder 7 is extended and the first elevating base 5 is lowered, whereupon the stirring pipe 30 is penetrated into the ground G. The base 5 is clamped to the leader post 10, the base 6 clamped with the leader post 10 is released, and the chuck mechanism 4 is released. When the rod of the cylinder 7 is shrunk, the base 6 is lowered, and the guide pipe 40 is lowered and penetrated into the ground G. By repeating these operations, the guide pipe 40 is penetrated to a given depth and a grout is injected to improve the ground. |
