PURPOSE:To perform automatically a calorimetric determination by moving a supporter after dyeing, decoloration, and drying by a carrying roller, stopping it at a prescribed position by a mechanism for detecting the position, and performing the main scanning by moving an optical system. CONSTITUTION:The supporter 10 is adhered with a liquid 3 for turning to transparent during the passing between rollers 15, 16 and is made transparent. The supporter 10 is stopped when advanced between transparent glass plates 4, 6 and its top end is entered between a light emitting element 34 and a photodetecting element 35 for position detection. A motor 43 for main scanning starts driving, and the measuring optical system containing a light source part 30 and a photodetecting element 36 for measurement is moved in vertical direction to the paper surface by a pinion 44 and a rack 42. Divided images detected by the element 36 are recorded successively. When the measurement of the divided image of one serum is finished, the motor 43 is driven inversely to return the optical system for measurement to the original position. The supporter 10 is advanced by a fixed extent by turning the rollers consisting of four sets to move the second divided image of serum on the optical axis of the measuring optical system. |
