摘要 PURPOSE:To automate work such as laser cutting even when the shape receiving surface of a gauge plate which has necessary thickness slants in a thickness direction, and to manufacture the gauge plate with high efficiency can high precision while reducing the number of finishing stages by forming the shape receiving surface of thin plates which are worked previously in a specific shape and opposed to each other and an injection-molded layer which is formed of resin in a specific shape between the thin plates. CONSTITUTION:Location holes 18 as the reference of the subsequent formation of the shape receiving surface are worked in thin steel sheets 17 as blank materials in a location hole working process. A laser cutting machine which is not shown in a figure and driven on NC basis cuts those thin steel sheet blank materials 17 into patterns of the shape receiving surface with high precision on the basis of the location holes 18 in a laser cutting process. In this case, the blank materials 17 are thin, so the cut faces of the thin sheets themselves need not be beveled, and the cutting work is performed automatically and easily. Location pins 16 are used in a subassembling process to position the worked thin steel sheets 12 and 13 to a spacer 14 accurately and fixedly. Then, the mold is covered with sheet wax 19 for sealing and synthetic resin is injected.
