PURPOSE:To enable a cargo frame to be operated vertically and horizontally pivotably by providing two operating mechanisms. CONSTITUTION:When a container C is slanted, a switch SW1 is at first turned on and then a switch SW2 is changed over to the upper position by a first control lever. When an arm 10 is securely held in the upper limit position, a contact LS2 is closed to extend a life cylinder 7 and thus slant the container C. To load and unload the container C, first the switch SW1 is closed and then a switch SW3 is changed over to the upper position by a second control lever to extend the lift cylinder 7, slide temporarily the cargo frame 3 and then erect the cargo frame 3 about a pivot 8 for lowering the container C on the ground. |
