1. The invention applies to all combustion engines whose inlet and exhaust settings lead to various drawbacks, and to one phase of the cycle on another. 2. The device consists in arranging venturi nozzles in exhaust silencers, as well as to forming their casing approximately concentrically, in order also to make them convergent-divergent. The two silencers may be juxtaposed or connected by the exhaust pipe. The assembly promotes a control of the speed at which the cylinder is emptied on exhaust and filled on inlet. 3. The application of this device is not limited to a single type of engine, but its use may be more widespread on 4-stroke cycles, since the phases are split up better. <IMAGE>
