PURPOSE:To maintain the insulating property of an insulating plate connected to a rigid electric-car line to be insulated, by providing a resin fin section in the central portion of an FRP blank to resin mold integrally resin and the FRP insulating plate. CONSTITUTION:An FRP blank of an insulating plate 2 connected to a rigid electric-car line has on the upper and lower surfaces a set of molds 6, 6' arranged and resin is poured into said molds through inlets 7, 7' to form integrally a resin fin section 5. The insulating plate thus produced in an insulating section of the electic-car line uses the FRP insulating plate for the blank so that the mechanical strength can be sufficiently ensured and maintain a sufficient insulating property even if the insulating plate is polluted. |
