PURPOSE:To obtain a high quality fluorescent bulb by pre-fixing an inter-lead wire then setting a filament under this state thereafter thermally softening through a burner from the outercircumference of flare drum integrally with mount component parts in falre, exhaust pipe and inner pipe and performing pinch encapsulation. CONSTITUTION:A dummy wire 6 is secured between two lead wires 4, 4' then two pairs of electrodes connected with filament and an exhaust pipe 5 are inserted under this state thereafter inner bulbs 1 are set from above around each filament 2. Under this state, it is rotated around the exhaust pipe 5 then a flare 3, inner pipe 1 and exhaust pipe 5 are thermally softened by means of a burner 8 and pinched by a press chip 7 advancing from left and right to perform encapsulation. Consequently a mount integrated of metal lead wires 4, 4', glass inner pipe 1, flare 3 and exhaust pipe 5 is produced. The dummy wire 6 is removed or cut to prevent shortcircuit. |
