PURPOSE:To prevent heat dispersion by fixing a radiant burner to an adiabatic furance then passing mixture gas of gas and air through inner tube of double tube while assist burning air through outer tube while to prevent backfire even when gas supply tube is heated and to provide radiant performance. CONSTITUTION:Nozzle holes 14 are made radially through a burner chip 7 while air nozzle slit 15 is made circumferentially with approximately 15 deg. inclination and mixing capability is considered. The supply tube is double structure where mixture combustion gas out of explosion limit is fed in arrow direction through the inner tube 8 while the remainder of theoretical combustion air is fed from air nozzle section 15 through the outer tube 9 in the arrow direction then mixed at the tip of nozzle 14 of burner chip 7 to perform theoretical combustion. Through use of burner, the back face of burner chip 7 is enclosed by insulation member 5 to eliminate cooling system such as water-cool, air-cool system while through usage under high temperature and facing with burner, backfire and in-tube fire can be prevented even when the interior of furnace has reached to high temperature to enable usage with high efficiency. |
