PURPOSE:To shorten manufacturing process, to reduce eddy current loss, and also to reduce production cost by forming in advance an insulating layer on one side face of a continuous high magnetic permeability magnetic thin plate, and performing a process for laminating a core thin plate punched in this state. CONSTITUTION:An insulating film 2 is formed on a continuous metallic magnetic thin plate 1 of one sheet, and it is formed by a press and punched to a state that a core thin plate 3 is continued to each other as to its one part. A prescribed number of continuous bodies in this state are laminated, and a dotted line part 5 is welded and fixed by a laser beam, etc. Subsequently, a magnetic head core half body 7 formed by laminating a prescribed number of sheets is obtained by cutting at a position shown by a broken line 6. Thereafter, the magnetic core half body 7 is brought to a heat treatment in an atmosphere of about 1,000 deg.C. According to such a process, the process can be shortened remarkably, and also a working distortion generated in the welding and cutting processes can be eliminated completely. |
