The invention relates to a method and a device for manufacturing a flexible shoe without insole and intermediate sole, with a plastic sole injected onto the outwardly directed shaft edge. After positioning the last with the shaft slipped over in relation to an injection-moulding part surrounding the last, the shaft edge is fixed lying flat on a support collar of this injection-moulding part. Only then is the mould closed by putting on the injection-moulding part forming the moulding cavity for the soles. The injection part of the mould is on the one hand sealed by the shaft edge clamped between the two injection moulding parts and on the other hand by the one injection moulding part which presses the shaft firmly against the last laterally.
