PURPOSE:To raise the coupling power of an aluminum substrate body as well as to improve a span of cycle life, by having a negative pole constituted of a lithium aluminum alloy which consists of an aluminum sintered body as its substrate body. CONSTITUTION:A negative pole 1 consisting of a lithium aluminum alloy wraps an aluminum sintered body round in a lithic sheet, while this wrapt sintered body is reacted at a temperature of 600 deg.C under an argon ambience for several hours long and alloyed, then punched out into the specified size inside a dry box upon cooling, thus the negative pole 1 is made up and after that, forcibly pressed close to a negative pole collector 3 being stuck to the inner bottom of a negative can 2.
