PURPOSE:To attain read and access of an ROM efficiently with simple constitution without requiring a clock by driving a Josephson element in response to activating and inactivating period based on the polarity of an AC power supply to control storage and output of an address data. CONSTITUTION:An address stored in a slave FF comprising Josephson elements of a register 103 is outputted during the activating period based on the polarity of an AC power supply and an ROM101 is accessed via a decoder 104. Then, the information for the next address is outputted from the ROM101, impressed to the register 103 via an address forming circuit 102 and the next address is stored in the slave FF of the register 103 at the inactivating period based on the other polarity of the AC power supply. Thus, read is attained with a simple constitution not requiring clock and the decision of the next address is attained efficiently in one cycle of the AC. |
