PURPOSE:A nonfry mix that is prepared by adding a crumb mix adsorbed with a hardened oil, thus giving fried food only by roasting the ingredients covered with the mix and stirred eggs. CONSTITUTION:Starting materials for baking bread are roasted together with natural pigments such as caramel or anatto and the resultant crude crumbs are mixed with 17-67wt%, preferably 25-54wt%, based on the crumbs, of a hardened oil such as harndened soybean oil or hardened rape oil and they are heated under stirring to melt the oil and effect the adsorption of the oil into the crumbs. Then, the product is combined with a batter mix consisting, as the base, of wheat floor or a mixture thereof with at least one selected from powdery egg white, defatted milk and powdery vetetable protein to give the objective mix. |
