PURPOSE:To obtain a sealed type induction electrical apparatus excellent in insulation and heat resisting property by such an arrangement wherein an insulator which is excellent in impregnating resin is provided outside the upper and lower ends of wound layers of a conductor, and a fiber insulator of high strength is provided around the outer circumference of the coil, and its lower end insulator is impregnated with a hardening accelerator processed liquid and resin. CONSTITUTION:The coil 2 of a conductor 2a is provided on a wind frame 1 and an insulator 3 and space insulators 4 are arranged. On this coil, a coil 6 of a conductor 6a is formed through an insulator 5 and insulator films between phases 7. An end insulator film 8 is provided outside the upper end of the wound layers of the coils 2, 6. The insulator films 7, 8 are of glass non-woven cloth. The insulators 3, 9 are of glass coth tape. After the insulator film 8 and the lower end of the insulator film 7 in proximity thereto are immersed in a hardening accelerator and dried, they are impregnated with resin under vacuum. As the coil is left uncared in high temperature, the resin at the lower end is gelled and it prevents resin from flowing out. The coil is heated and hardened and it is installed to an iron core with its lower end insulator faced downward. By this composition, it is possible to obtain an apparatus having a sealed type coil wherein the excellent insulation and heat resisting property of resin are fully utilized. |
