发明名称 CARBURETOR WITH CHOKE MECHANISM
摘要 PURPOSE:To automatically control open/close operations of a choke valve by providing a means to forcibly open a choke valve for a predetermined time after an engine is started. CONSTITUTION:A lever 10 is fixed to a choke valve 4 and is tied to a servo diaphragm 8 with a rod 9, and the servo diaphragm 8 is connected to a carburetor suction cylinder 2 through a negative pressure control unit 6. The negative pressure control unit 6 is constituted so as to be opened or closed with a solenoid air pressure open/close valve through an electronic circuit 7. The electronic circuit 7 is fed with various data indicating operation conditions such as the engine rotation speed, car speed, engine cooling water temperature, intake air temperature, etc., processes and analyzes each data to judge the running condition and no-load condition, and when under a no-load condition, it operates the servo diaphragm 8 in response to the data to open the choke valve 4.
