PURPOSE:To allow an urgent movement with a starter by interlocking a cancel switch with the operation of a decompressor and turning on the cancel switch when the decompressor is operating in a start control unit having a cancel switch. CONSTITUTION:A clutch switch 8, a neutral switch 9, and a cancel switch 10 tied in parallel are electrically connected to a starter motor 4 in series with a starter motor start switch 6. The cancel switch 10 is interlocked with the position of a decompressor operation button 5, and is energized only when the decompressor is in operation. When an engine 1 fails and a car comes to a standstill, if the decompressor operation button 5 is activated to turn on the starter motor start switch 6, a start motor 14 is operated because the cancel switch 10 is energized. |
