PURPOSE:To surely prevent the leakage of the gas from a pressure resistant container, by connecting piping, which introduces a part of the pressurized gas in the pressure resistant container into a seal liquid storage tank to pressurize the seal liquid therein, to the seal liquid storage tank. CONSTITUTION:The pressurized gas in a pressure resistant container 1 is introduced into a tank 9 storing the seal liquid supplied to the mechanical seal part 8 of a rotary shaft 6 through piping 12. Therefore, the seal liquid stored in the tank 9 is primarily pressurized to the same pressure as the internal pressure of the pressure resistant container 1 and heated by the high temp. heating gas from the pressure resistant container 1. When a vane pump 10 is operated under set constant pressure in this state, the seal liquid pressurized and heated in the seal liquid storage tank 9 passes a cooling tank 11 to be cooled. Further, the seal liquid is secondarily pressurized by the pump 10 to be sent to the mechanical seal part 8 under pressure. |
