PURPOSE:To change L-shaped inductance characteristics easily by arranging a magnetic material of high permeability and a magnetic material of low permeability in parallel with a closed magnetic circuit and forming both materials to an integral composite material. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic material 1 of initial permeability of 4,000-8,000 and a magnetic material 2 of initial permeability of 50-2,000 are superposed, and a toroidal winding is wound. A series circuit of large inductance L1 by the magnetic material 1 and small one L2 by the magnetic material 2 is formed at that time. L1 Functions in a comparatively low DC magnetic field. In a large DC magnetic field, the magnetic material 1 saturates and does not generate inductance, but L2 is generated slightly from the magnetic material 2. When the thickness of the magnetic materials 1 and 2 is made the same and the ratio of components in both materials is changed, L-shaped characteristics can be altered easily. When the ratio of the material 1 is increased, inductance L increases in a DC low magnetic field and decreases in a DC high magnetic field. When the ratio of the material 2 is high, on the other hand, characteristics shown in a curve (c) can be obtained, and L-shaped inductance characteristics can be controlled easily. |
