PURPOSE:To obtain an economically, accurately and characteristically good injection head, by a method wherein the end surface of head is specularly finished after filling NaCl into fine grooves by diffusively jointing a base and an upper plate and the NaCl is removed therefrom by water. CONSTITUTION:A base 1 and an upper plate 5 are gilt, both being diffusively jointed and NaCl7 is filled into fine grooves 2. The end surface of head is specularly finished utilizing an abrasive film 8 and others. After finishing, the filled NaCl is, in a dissolved manner, removed by water washing or hot water washing and the like, and a piezo-electric element 9 is adhered to the positioning groove 6. Fine grooves of complicated shape are formed with a high accuracy and the end surface of head can be mirror finished without the invasion of abrasive powder into fine grooves and the generation of burr. |
