MIXING HEAD OF MULTI-COMPONENT LIQUID PLASTICS

PURPOSE:To obtain a mixing head capable of obtaining the mixed liquid of multi-component liquid plastics with plural mixing ratios by a single mixing head by using a system in which the flow rates of the first raw liquid to be injected into a mixing chamber are varied according to the operation of switch valves. CONSTITUTION:The amounts of the first raw liquid supplied from a raw liquid tank into a mixing chamber 56 are varied by selectively operating switch valves 78, 80, and 82, and the flow rates of the other raw liquids supplied to the mixing chamber 56 are made constant. The mixing ratios of the raw liquids can thus be changed to desired values and products of plural kinds with varying properties can be obtained in a single mixing head. Mixed liquids of different mixing ratios can be continuously mixed in the common mixing chamber 56, and therefore, no losses of solvent for cleaning and raw materials take place.
