CONSTITUTION:A conductive net 11 is covered on an air bag 10 attached to the first blow nozzle 5, and covered with molten parison 3 extruded from an extrusion head 2. The molten parison 3 is molded by blowing in the molds 1 by a pressure gas from the second blow nozzle 6, pressure gas from the first blow nozzle 5 is introduced into the air bag 10 to expand the bag 10. and the blow molding 13 is pressingly contacted with the conductive net 11.
