At the same time, the valve body 23 opens an air vent passage 24 opened on the side wall of a valve chamber 22, and the air in fuel passages 11, 13 and a fuel chamber 8 is pushed by the fuel from a tank and is discharged into the atmosphere through the passage 24. Here, when the discharge of fuel is visually confirmed, the operation of the operation lever 26 is stopped to move the valve 23 downward, thus making an engine into a startable condition.
