PURPOSE:To enhance the reliability of an inverter with a simple structure by employing as transistors of the inverter photoresponse transistors which respectively contains photocouplers. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of transistors 8-11 are connected in a bridge to form an inverter which selectively conducted and controlled by a control circuit 12 to convert DC power 1 to AC power. The transistors 8-11 employ photoresponse transistors which has large current amplification factor, obtains sufficient output signals by a drive signal of logic signal level (approx. 5V, 1mA), contains photocouplers and leads out its light emitting terminal as a drive terminal. In this manner, it is not necessary to insulate a drive signal circuit while being enabled to drive directly by an IC and the like. |
