发明名称 BRUSH MATERIAL FOR MICROMOTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the spring property of a brush material for a micromotor by bonding a contact material made of Au alloy to the prescribed position of a base material made of Cu-Sn-Ni alloy and age hardening the entirety. CONSTITUTION:A contact material 3 having a thickness of 0.35mm. made of Au alloy is welded to the prescribed position of a base material 1 having a thickness of 1.5mm. made of Cu-Sn-Ni alloy, rolled to a total thickness of 0.7mm., and then annealed three times. Subsequently, it is again rolled to a thickness of 0.1mm., pressed to prepare three teeth 2 having 5mm. of length and 0.25mm. of width at one end of the base material 1 having 7mm. of length and 1.05mm. of width. A pectinated brush material 4 for a micromotor having the material 3 which has 0.04mm. of thickness and 3mm. of length of the inlay engaging state is formed at the end. Eventually, it is heat treated at 370 deg.C for 1hr.
