PURPOSE:To prevent an oil portion from draining outboard as well as to keep off the sticking of the oil portion to the hull, by installing an oil portion separator in the point midway in an exhaust pipe line which discharges exhaust gases outside a ship, together with the drain of engine cooling water. CONSTITUTION:In this exhaust device, exhaust gases inclusive of an oil portion such as uncombustive fuel, engine oil or the like are designed so as to be discharged out to an oil portion separator 6 from an exhaust pipe line 4, together with the drain of engine cooling water. Inside the oil portion separator 6, there is provided with a partition chamber 20, and adsorbent mat 26 adsorbing the oil portion is filled up between a horizontal plate 19 having a drain hole 22 on the bottom of the said partition chamber and a keep plate 23 facing this horizontal plate 19 at a distance and having a sump hole 24. At the upper part of a vertical plate 18 forming the partition chamber 20, there are provided with zigzag exhaust holes 21 in a horizontal direction, through which exhaust gases are so designed as to be discharged outside. |
