<p>A badminton racquet has a head of characteristic shape wherein the maximum length lying on the geometrical central longitudinal axis L, is in a range of 22.0 to 24.0 cm, while the maximum width on a transversely extending axis either identical with the geometrical central transverse axis W or spaced apart downwardly therefrom W' at most by 2 cm, is in a range of 17.5 to 19.5 cm. Top and bottom arcs 3,4 have a height h1, h2 of 0.5 to 2.5 cm, and the curvature radius R1, R2 of respective top and bottom corners a-d is from 3.5 to 7.5 cm. The top arc has a width d1 from 9.0 to 11.0 cm while the bottom arc has a slightly narrower width d2 from 8.5 to 10.5 cm. <IMAGE></p> |
