PURPOSE:To miniaturize a coaxial filter and at the same time to perform the control of inter-stage connection by arraying with grounding the unit coaxial resonators so that the outer conductors have mutual contacts in a region of a large diameter and deleting the outer conductor at a part of a region of a small diameter in order to expose a dielectric material. CONSTITUTION:Resonator elements 201-203 are arranged into a housing 200 so that the exposed surfaces 216 and 218 are set opposite to exposed surfaces 217 and 219 respectively after exposing a dielectric material from an open terminal through a short- circuited terminal. Then dielectric materials 213 and 214 are fixed between exposed surfaces of respective resonators, and the capacities between inner circumferential conductors 220 and 221 as well as between conductors 221 and 222 are used to perform a connection between stages. The tuning screws 208-210 form a minute capacity for control and then form a resonance circuit together with the elements 201 and 203. Screws 223 and 224 for variation of inter-stage connection degree varies the connected capacity. For above-mentioned resonator circuit and inter-stage connecting circuit, the input and output signals are extracted from connectors 206 and 207 via connecting capacitors 204 and 205. In such a way, the miniaturization is possible for a coaxial filter with facilitated control for inter-stage connection degree. |
