PURPOSE:To prevent a heat-transmitting pipe from being abraded, to remarkably prolong the useful life of the pipe and contrive to reduce repairing costs, by a method wherein a means for trapping fluidized particles is provided at the outer periphery of a heting pipe in a fluidized bed type heat exchanger for a fluidized- bed boiler, a fluirdized-bed gas heater or the like. CONSTITUTION:A corrugated ribbon form band plate 10 is wound around the outer periphery of the heat-transmitting pipe 3, for example in a spiral form, and is fixed to the pipe 3 by welding in a fine form. The material for the band plate 10 is appropriately selected in accordance with the kind of the fluidized particles, while the shape of corrugation, the widing pitch (p), the height (h) and the like are appropriately determined in accordance with the size of the particles or the like. The fluidized particles are trapped by the fin form parts of the band plate 10, and do not collide directly against the outer periphery of the pipe 3, so that the outer periphery of the pipe 3 is prevented form being abraded. |
