PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of the structure of a rotary electric machine and to form the machine to endure against a vibration or a heat by providing a cylindrical shielding layer mainly formed of ceramic in air gap surfaces of a stator core. CONSTITUTION:A stator core 1 is constructed of a laminated silicon steel plates 2, and a terminal board assembly 5 produced by welding a soft steel plate 3 to a cylindrical seal ring 4. A filler 8 is filled fixedly in the hole 7 of a lot of the core 1. A cylindrical shielding layer 11 formed of ceramic having a thickness of approx. 0.4mm. is engaged fixedly through an O-ring 10 with the ring 4 at the air gap surfaces 9 of paired rotor side of the core 1. Stator winding 12 are formed in a plurality of slots 6 on the inner peripheral surface of the core 1. |
