PURPOSE:To obtain the max. capacity in a space by forming a movable ring into a curved form on which sealing point can be secured in any phase and permitting the perfect seal and forming the external shape of the pump into the form suitable for the installation space, without restricting the shape to a circular shape. CONSTITUTION:When the outside air is inhaled into a pump operation chamber 13a, and a movable ring 5 reaches the phase shown in the figure, suction of the outside air is completed. At this time, the edge parts 14-1 and 15-1, and 14-2 and 15-2 of a movable member 5 and the points 14a and 15a of an inside fixed ring member 8 onto which said edge parts 14-2 and 15-2 are attached are formed so as to have the respective common tangential lins. Therefore, the pump operation chamber 13a is perfectly sealed by the movable ring member 5 and the fixed ring member 8, and the leak of the working air outside is prevented. Further, the external shape of the pump along the installation space can be obtained, and a ring-shape pump having the max. capacity in a limited installation space can be obtained. |
