PURPOSE:To provide a valve light in weight and having high thermal strength by forming its bevel part and stem from a non-ferrous metal material with good thermal conductivity and by covering its periphery with a heat resistant material such as Cr-Mo steel. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a valve is formed by a material having a high coefficient of thermal conductivity (aluminum alloy, copper alloy, etc.) wholely, i.e. from the bevel part 11 to stem 12, to provide good heat conduction in this extent, and thereby thermal stress is suppressed low. The periphery of the valve body is covered with a heat resistant material (for ex., Cr-Mo steel, Ni-Cr-Mo steel, tungsten alloy, etc.). According to this construction the thermal strength can be increased as well as the whole, made light in weight. |
