PURPOSE:To improve noise-proof property and increase efficiency of connection of optical fiber and photoelectric conversion element using transparent resin by forming a transparent resin spherical lens and opaque conductive resin in a body. CONSTITUTION:A light emitting element 1 and a photoelectric element 2 are placed in a connector 5 made of opaque conductive resin, and a spherical ens 6 formed of transparent resin is provided in front of fiber 4 side of the element 1 and element 2. It also becomes possible to connect a photoelectric conversion element sealed by a metallic can and the connector. The conductive resin constituting the connector 5 is made by adding carbon to polycarbonate resin to make specific resistance about 10OMEGAcm. |
