PURPOSE:To stabilize electric characteristics during repeated uses by using an intermediate layer formed by dispersing the fine particles of a specified disazo pigment in an insulating resin. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate layer obtained by dispersing fine particles of a disazo pigment into an insulating resin and a photoconductive layer made of Se, an Se alloy, or an Se compd. are formed on a conductive substrate.
