PURPOSE:To reduce occupied area remarkably and reduce division of enlarged color film by making the face of irradiation of an irradiating body for exposing color film beltlike form and providing a driving mechanism that passes a color film at a fixed speed keeping the face of exposure at fixed intervals from the face of irradiation. CONSTITUTION:A negative 2 and a color film 1 are sent into a driving roller 3 in close contact and carried at constant speed. A beltlike irradiating body 4 that faces its irradiation face 5 upward keeps a fixed distance and performs exposure. Rotation speed of the roller 3 is variable, and film carrying speed can be set freely according to the sensitivity of the film 1. The beltlike irradiating body 4 is made by fixing optical fiber 8 arranged zigzag with a carrier 9, and forms a flat beltlike face 5 of irradiation. A light source 7 is installed off from the irradiating body 4 to facilitate cooling of heat, and light from the light source 7 is sent to the face 5 through the bundle of optical fiber 6. Accordingly, a large table for transferring is not necessary, and the area occupied by the equipment is small. The manufacture of enlarged color film having infinite length in the direction of carrying the color film without division is made possible. |
