PURPOSE:To transport a prescribed number of loaded articles onto a loading base by transporting loaded articles one by one by a conveyor having standing- up partition parts and feeding the loaded articles in succession onto a receiving base and counting the number of loaded articles which pass on the receiving base and stopping the conveyor when a prescribed number is reached. CONSTITUTION:The rolled articles 1 which are supplied on a conveyor 7 are accommodated one by one between each hook 9 of inclined conveyors 8 and transported upward, and dropped onto an inclined surface 10a at one edge of a receiving base 10, and dropped as it is onto the horizontal surface 10b of the base 10, and stopped by a stopper 11 at the other edge. The number of rolled articles 1 which are supplied, passing on the inlined surface 10a, is confirmed by a photoelectric tube 6 over the inclined surface 10a, and said rolled article 1 is lifted by the holding member 5 of a loading machine 3 over the horizontal surface 10a and transferred and loaded onto a pallet. When the number of rolls which is set beforehand in a counter is reached, the inclined conveyor 8 stops, and feeding of the rolled article 1 onto the receiving base 10 is suspended. |
