PURPOSE:To equalize an effect on an output window even when the intensity distribution of laser beams is unequal by rotatably mounting the output window to a laser box body, driving a rotational mechanism by a revolution drive section and turning the output window at the fixed speed of revolution. CONSTITUTION:Laser beams 5 excited by a laser medium exciting section 4 are resonated by an unstable type resonator constituted of a convex mirror 2 and a concave mirror 3, and reflected by an output leading-out mirror 6 and outputted to the outside through an output window 10. A revolution drive section 12 is rotated and driven at that time, the driving force of the drive section 12 is transmitted by a driving belt 21, and a mount 13 is turned in the direction of the arrow (a). The direction of rotation may be reversed to the direction of (a). Consequently, the output window 10 is also revolved in the direction of the arrow (a). Accordingly, the intensity distribution of laser beams 5a to the output window 10 is equalized, and the deviation of intensity distribution is levelled even when the intensity distribution of laser beams 5a transmitting the output window 10 is unequal and laser beams 5a transmit the output window 10. |
