PURPOSE:To arrange loaded articles in each stages successively onto a loading base by alternately repeating dropping-down the loaded articles onto the loading base and shifting the dropping position by the distance equal to the width of the loaded article. CONSTITUTION:The top edge of a conveyor 7 is positioned over a pallet 6, and cylindrical rolled-articles 2 are transported at a nearly equal intervals on the conveyor 7 and dropped onto the pallet 6 from the top edge of the conveyor 7, and said drop is confirmed by a sensor, and then the pallet 6 is transferred in the direction of arrow A by the distance equal to the diameter (d) of the rolled article 2, and then the next rolled article 2 is dropped onto the pallet 6 and the above-described operation is repeated by the number of frequency which is set on a counter, and thus the loading onto the first stage is completed. Then, the pallet 6 is lowered by the distance equal to the diameter (d) of the rolled article 2, and the pallet 6 is transferred by the half of the diameter (d) in the direction of arrow B, and the rolled article 2 is dropped onto the rolled article 2 on the first stage. |
