PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration in the printing quality of a petal-shaped type wheel and wear of a type free from an uneven contact of a hammer even when the tip of a spoke does not align the type by arranging a notch or a projection at the position outside the range of striking the hammer of the spoke extended radially from the center to fix types. CONSTITUTION:A type member 15 made of a thermosetting resin is fixed at the tip of a spoke section 4 and a notch 16 is formed on both sides of the tip thereof 4. As the notch 16 is positioned outside the range 17 of striking a hammer, a thermosetting resin flowing in from a gate 13 penetrates into the notch 16 so that the type member 15 is fastened on the spoke section 4 together by mold forming. In place of the notch 16, a projection can be provided. All that is necessary is fit the spoke section 4 into the type member 15. |
