MANUFACTURE OF HEAT INSULATING PLATE

PURPOSE:To obtain a heat insulating plate requiring not post-treatment such as burr removing treatment and having no air vent orifices on the outer surface thereof, by attaching a blocking material having air permeability to the inside of the injection port provided to a frame body while injecting an expandable synthetic resin material into a space part from the injection port. CONSTITUTION:An expandable synthetic resin material is injected into the space part formed by four peripheral frame bodies 1 and a front and back surface materials and formed therein to prepare a heat insulating plate wherein the aforementioned space part is filled with an expanded synthetic resin body. In performing the above mentioned process, an injection port 8 is provided to each frame body and a blocking material 3 having air permeability is fixed to the inside of the injection port 8 at the upper end thereof and attached to the inner surface of the frame body 1 in a movable manner while sump grooves are formed to the part close to the connection terminals of the front and back surface materials of the frame bodies 1. The desired heat insulating plate is obtained by expanding the expandable synthetic resin material which is injected into the space part from each aforementioned injection port 8.
