PURPOSE:To improve the strength of a connected section, etc., by overlapping the peripheries of two sheets each provided with a thermally adhesive layer, and thermally uniting a thermally adhesive reinforcing tape on the thermally adhesive layers of said two sheets adjacent to the overlapped sections. CONSTITUTION:The peripheries 4, 5 of the two sheets 2, 3 to be connected each of which has, on one surface thereof, the thermally adhesive layer 1 of a thermally adhesive synthetic resin such as polyethylenes, polyvinyl chlorides, etc. are overlapped with the thermally adhesive layers 2, 3 of the two wheets facing to the same direction, so that an overlapped parts 6 are formed. Then, the thermally adhesive reinforcing tape 7 (e.g. a polyethylene tape, and a polyester tape having a polyethylene film laminated on the adhesive layer) is thermally united on both the thermally adhesive layers 1 of the two sheets 2, 3 at the overlapped parts 6. Thus, the overlapped parts 6 are firmly united owing to the heating and pressing at the time when the reinforcing tape 7 is thermally bonded. |
