PURPOSE:To prevent a stagger in printing from occurring after starting printing, by a method wherein a recording medium is positioned at an initial set position, and thereafter a trigger pulse is impressed on a recording medium feeding power amplifier. CONSTITUTION:A change-over switch 22 is turned ON when stop positioning of a recording paper is completed, whereby an integrating circuit 23 is discharged, and a discharge current is earthed, so that a voltage is generated and is inputted into a gate circuit 17 as a trigger pulse. Accordingly, since a paper-feeding power amplifier 18 is operated by the trigger pulse, when an output signal from a photo-amplifier 19 is at an astable point, a DC servomotor 7 is driven by the trigger pulse, the rotation of the servomotor 7 is detected by a rotating type detecting instrument 10, and a signal is inputted into the photo-amplifier 19, so that the output of the photo-amplifier 19 is stopped at a stable stop position. Then, the trigger pulse is inputted into a photo power amplifier 18, the servomotor 7 is rotated, and the stop position of the paper is deviated, but the paper can be positioned at a desired position by readjusting the position. |
